Eligibility for Refund
- Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Customised or engraved jewellery is not eligible for refunds unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Items purchased during sale or promotional offers are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-made or personalised jewellery
- Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Items purchased under clearance or final sale
Refund Process

- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, the item must be returned to us in its original packaging.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
