We want you to love every piece you own from SMB Jewellery. If you would like to exchange an item for a different design, size, or style, we are happy to help within the terms below.
Exchange Eligibility
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be in its original, unworn condition with all packaging and documentation.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Customised, engraved, or personalised items cannot be exchanged unless defective.
Exchange Process
- Contact our team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.
- Our team will confirm the exchange eligibility and guide you through the next steps.
- Return the original item to us securely. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
- Once received and inspected, we will process the exchange or issue a store credit for the equivalent value.
Price Differences
- If the new item is of higher value, the difference must be paid by the customer.
- If the new item is of lower value, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
- No cash refunds are issued for exchanges.
Note: Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. SMB Jewellery will cover shipping for the new item dispatched to you.
